Umusepela Crown – Nshikabila Ft Ak’sik

Zambian lyrical technician Umusepela Crown has teamed up with young artist Ak’sik on a hard-hitting hip-hop cut dubbed “Nshikabila” which is part of his studio project Star Wakumwesu.

This explosive collaboration release arrives at a time when Southern African rap fans and Zee beats purists are craving bar-heavy projects that fuse true street grit with insightful storytelling. Umusepela Crown’s precise calligraphy, rigorous breath control and thought-provoking notions continue to make him a respected force on the area scene. Teaming up with Ak’sik is an undeniable creative chemistry made to light up headphones and car stereos equally.

Sound architect creates a snappy mid-tempo atmosphere built on banging kick drums, crisp percussion shakers and a deep rolling bassline. Ambient keys run nicely under the beat providing a constant bounce, with plenty of room for both vocalists.

The songwriting is about self-sufficiency and street smarts. Listen to Nshikabila on your favorite digital music services today!
