“Weather For 2” is a love-soaked, rhythmic single that features Ghanaian Afrobeats star and multi-talented vocalist Kelvyn Boy alongside the popular melody maker KOJO BLAK. The song comes from his studio project 2nd Step.

This enticing offering arrives just in time for West African Afro-fusion fans and modern Afrobeats lovers searching for silky, late-night anthems for love, slow winding, and warm company. Over the years, Kelvyn Boy has stamped his authority across the continent with his effortless vocal dexterity, seasoned pitch control, and innate gift for crafting infectious melodic hooks. Weather For 2 taps into that sensual lover-boy side of things, working with Kojo Blak to deliver a light and mood-setting record all about passion, physical attraction, and ignoring the outside world to spend quality time with a special partner.

Ugly and Tough’s production team lays down a warm, mid-tempo soundscape beneath the boards, propelled by delicate electric guitar licks, lush synthesizer keys, and crisp percussive shakers. A steady, head-nodding Afro-pop drum kick rolls clean over a rolling, fluid bassline, maintaining the bounce infectious but not interrupting the intimate, late-night atmosphere. Meanwhile, spacious sound engineering keeps the mix spacious, letting each velvety vocal inflection, gentle falsetto run, and layered harmony float through the speakers with pristine clarity.

Here everything flows smoothly across this cut to give you a complete and deeply satisfying listening experience. The groove-based production follows the collective vocal energy step by step throughout the whole duration.
