Kelvyn Boy – Sorry ft Mellisa

Ghanaian Afrobeats hitmaker and versatile vocalist Kelvyn Boy teams up with soulful rising songstress Mellisa for a tender and deeply emotional collaborative single dubbed “Sorry” off his studio project 2nd Step.

This reflective drop arrives as West African Afro-fusion fans and contemporary Afrobeats enthusiasts are craving vulnerable, melody-heavy ballads that deal with romantic friction, owning up to oneself, and real reconciliation. Over the years Kelvyn Boy has cemented himself across the continent with his nimble vocal control, seasoned pitch control, and effortless ability to craft infectious melodies, while Mellisa brings a textured, soulful poise that makes for a stunning sonic balance. The collaboration on “Sorry” ignites an undeniable creative chemistry, avoiding the high-tempo party bangers for something that’s an intimate, late-night conversation, for chilling out, wearing headphones, and thinking of the heart.

“Sorry” is all about the songwriting of confronting the mistakes of a relationship, of putting the ego aside, of admitting emotional pain and asking for forgiveness before the silent tension causes permanent damage. The duo transforms a vulnerable moment of apology into a universally comforting anthem for dreamers and lovers finding their way through difficult romantic crossroads, with relatable phrasing and an addictive, sing-along chorus.

The cut is seamless throughout, tying everything into a full, deeply satisfying listening experience. The warm, mood-oriented production matches their expressive vocal stamina step for step through the entire runtime.

Definitely add this smooth collaborative ballad to your late-night cruise, quiet evening reflection, and romantic healing playlists today! Listen to “Sorry” on all your favorite digital music platforms now!
