ZAIZOO – Titli

ZAIZOO, the South African deep house producer and aural experimentalist, returns with a fascinating new solo instrumental, “Titli”. And this new release comes at the right time, when deep house aficionados are looking for an authentic late-night dancing excursion.

The Mzansi house scene is ever expanding and always in need of music that breaks away from the standard club pattern. But underground aficionados want music that is all about the complex groove progression, not loud vocal hypes. So, the sound pilot drops this raw production to please the listeners in search of a pleasant escape.

The producer crafts a really rich basic canvas of warm jazz-infused synth loops and steady snare rolls. He also adds a thundering, slow-burning house drumbeat underneath the primary melody to keep the rhythm interesting. Still, the clean instrumentation is roomy enough to let the atmospheric sub-bass rattle your speakers wonderfully.
