Rush-Awa – Lapisa ft. MashBeatz & DJ Sliqe, Dolphin_dx, Lowfeye & LaCabra

Lapisa makes for a powerful entrance with the third track on the 15-song project, “Rush-Awa” album. This South African artist has a distinctive sound that evolves across the record, with Lapisa shining for its collective intensity.

With contributions from the likes of MashBeatz & DJ Sliqe, Dolphin_dx, Lowfeye, LaCabra, it’s a layered texture that reflects the many inspirations that have shaped the project. Each contributor adds complexity, creates a compact and expansive atmosphere inside the album’s narrative.

Lapisa is well-placed early in the sequence, establishing a tone that will carry through what looks to be a vibrant and sophisticated collection as the 2026 release picks up steam. Rush-Awa’s style is still short but editorial, an intentional artistic vision of the whole project.
