RICCH KID – With My Thoughts Ft. Dlaxx

Fast-rising Ghanaian recording artist and street lyricist Ricch Kid joins forces with introspective act Dlaxx on a deeply contemplative, atmospheric hip-hop record titled “With My Thoughts.” The song is featured on his studio project SOMEWHERE IN THE STREETS.

The soulful collaborative drop arrives at a time when West African hip-hop heads, street-hop purists, and melodic rap enthusiasts are looking for honest, message-driven joints rooted in vulnerability, self-examination, and mental resilience. Following the standout cuts “Moments,” “Genius Libra,” “Keep My Cool,” and “Twin,” RICCH KID enters an intimate headspace to confront his inner dialog. Recruiting Dlaxx also brings an organic creative synergy to the cut that lets both artists unpack the weight of unvoiced anxieties, silent hustle battles, and the psychological toll of rising from the trenches.

The sound architect conjures a mellow, mood-drenched soundscape driven by melancholic piano loops, ambient pads, and crisp percussive shakers. Deep, sliding 808 sub-bass lines are effortlessly rolled over by soft trap drums and knocking kick patterns, maintaining a steady, head-nodding bounce without breaking the song’s late-night introspective atmosphere. At the same time, the spacious sound engineering keeps the mix clean so that every raspy inflection, melodic cadence switch, and heartfelt reflection punches through the speakers with absolute clarity.

Be sure to add this thoughtful rap heater to your late-night drives, unwind, and daily hustle reflection playlists today! “With My Thoughts” is now available on all your favorite digital music platforms!
