Medikal – Sika Ft. Shatta Wale

Ghanaian rap heavyweight Medikal links up with dancehall titan and Shatta Movement boss, Shatta Wale, on an all-out money-motivated tune titled “Sika.”

This heavyweight collaborative drop is just right for West African hip-hop purists, street-hop heads, and hustle-driven dreamers looking for bold, hard-hitting records celebrating financial elevation, ambition, and unapologetic street triumph. Medikal and Shatta Wale are one of the most dependable partnerships in modern Ghanaian music, and they never fail to turn high-stakes studio collaborations into huge cultural moments. On “Sika” (which means “money” in Akan), they emerge to create an assertive statement piece that is all about securing the bag, enjoying the fruits of the constant grind, and asserting their place at the summit of the food chain.

There’s a slick connection through this cut that makes for a deeply satisfying adrenaline-fuelled listening experience. The hard-hitting production matches their collective vocal stamina for the full runtime.
