WCB Wasafi’s hitmaker, Boss Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, better known as Diamond Platnumz or Simba, released his new studio album titled A Boy from Tandale.
This is Diamond Platnumz’s third studio album, launched on March 14, 2018, through Universal Music Group. After signing with Universal in 2017, he began crafting the tracks for this album.
A Boy from Tandale blends afro-pop and Bongo Flava, showcasing influences from West African music, particularly Nigerian styles.
The album features collaborations with several international artists, including Ne-Yo, Morgan Heritage, Rick Ross, and Omarion. It also includes contributions from African artists such as Vanessa Mdee, Rayvanny, Jah Prayzah, Mr. Flavour, Young Killer, P-Square, Tiwa Savage, and Richie Mavoko.
