Buddah Boss– Dharau Ft. Lody Music

The fast-rising Tanzanian artist Buddah Boss teams up with acclaimed vocal sensation Lody Music on an emotionally charged Bongo Flava single “Dharau.”

“Dharau” is Swahili for “Contempt” or “Disrespect,” and the song’s lyrics are mostly concerned with themes of overcoming mockery, rising above criticism, protecting one’s dignity, and finding peace in the face of underestimation. Both artists turn everyday social tension into a universally comfortable anthem for dreamers and grinders everyplace in relatable Swahili wordplay and a lingering, sing-along chorus.

All of this comes together on this cut to make for a fully rounded and deeply satisfying listening experience. The soulful, melody-driven production suits their expressive vocal chemistry perfectly, all the way through the runtime.

You’ll definitely want to add this soothing song straight to your late nite reflection, daily commute and quiet relaxation playlists today! Listen to “Dharau” on all your favorite digital music platforms now!
